Gent Secretary to the general post office
taken on his oath

This Informant on his Oath saith That on the
fifteenth day of April instant about Ten of the
Clock in the Evening he received by an Express
from Dover the post bag now here produced
wherein was contained the severall bookes papers
and notes now likewise produced which were sent
from Mr Charles Lovell< no role > agent to his Maties
Packett boat at Dover with a Letter giving on
account of the seizing the said Paper Etc and
that they are the very same that he received
and none of them diminished and further saith
not

This informant on his oath saith That on
Wednesday the [..] day of this instant April he
received for andon Account of the said Elias Turner< no role >
Sr George Caswell< no role > and Company the Sume of four
hundred thirty one pounds 1s: and 8d and that
he put the said money together with the sume
of Fifty nine pounds 13s: and be in a draw in
the Office which is known by Frydays draw [..]
that he at the same time put into the said draw
with the said Several Sumes the little paper book
