This Informant on his Oath saith That on the
fifteenth day of April instant about Ten of the
Clock in the Evening he received by an Express
from Dover the post bag now here produced
wherein was contained the severall bookes papers
and notes now likewise produced which were sent
from Mr Charles Lovell< no role >
agent
to his Maties
Packett boat at Dover with a Letter giving on
account of the seizing the said Paper Etc and
that they are the very same that he received
and none of them diminished and further saith
not
