Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us whose
hands and Seals are hereunto sett two of his Majtys Justices of
the peace for the City of London (Quoru Unus) by the
Chuchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St Katherine Creedchurch LondonThat Arabella Fewtrell< no role >
Singlewoman is
lately come into the
said Parish endeavouring to Settle there contrary to Law and
unless timely prevented is likely to become chargeable
thereunto which We do adjudge to be true. And forasmuch
as it appearth unto us the said Justices upon the Oath of
the said Arabella Fewtrell< no role > That her Father was an inhabitant in
the Parish of St. Mary Matfelon als Whitechappell in the County of
Middlx and that she was born in the said parish
and no other legal settlement
elsewhere appearing unto us since. We do also adjudge the
said parish of St. Mary Matfelon als Whitechapell be the place of her last
legal Settlement.

These are therefore in his Majesty's name to will & require
you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of St. Katherine Creedchurch forthwith to remove and convey
the said Arabella Fewtrell< no role >
from out of your said parish unto the said Parish of St Mary Matfellon
als Whitechappell and her deliver unto the Chuchwardens and
Overseers of the poor there some or one of them who are
hereby required to receive and provide for her according to
Law. Given under our hands and Seals this 22d. day of
October Anno Dui 1719
