Mary Russell< no role > of the parish of St Sepulchres London widow maketh Oath
That James Russell< no role > this Deponts. Son Who was lately Convicted at the
Sessions house in the Old Bayly for Stealing a Coach Glass & two Books
from his Master Mr. Marvell of Piccadilly in the County of Middx
Coach Harness maker And who was Sentenc'd to be Transported
for the said offence & was Afterwards pardon'd & gave Security the
last Sessions to Appear this prsent Sessions & plead he said
pardon Did On Saturday last being the Twenty first day of
this Instant February Dye & Depart this Na'turall life & was
Interred the twenty fourth of this Instant February in the Church
Yard belonging to the said parish of St. Sepulchres .
