of Bethnall Green in the parish of Stepney in the Said
County taken on Oath this fifth day of [..] June Anno
Dui 1717 .

Who Saith that abt three Weeks before Easter last past as this
Informt. was going along Thread needle Street abt Eight a Clock in the
Evening one Lawrence Walden< no role > (now prsent) askt this Informt if
he was an honest boy & would go to the Bouflers head Tavern near that place
for three bottles of redd wine & three bottles of White Wine for which
this Informt. was to have two pence and desired this Informt. to
leave his Bundle with him that he this Informt. might make the
more hast which this Informt. did And that there was in a begg
which this Informt. left with him one peice of White poplin
containing about forty three Yards value between [..] four & five
pounds the goods of James Cundett< no role > And that when he this
Informt. return'd back he found the said Lawrence Walden< no role >
Gone with the Said Goods.
