Oath this 27th: day of May 1717

Saith that on Saturday last these was feloniously Stollen from
him Five Silver Spoones two Gold rings and Some other things
to the Vallue of abt. Six pounds and he Chargeth John
Hinder< no role > Eliz: Cox< no role > and Letitia White< no role > with the feloniously
Stealeing the Same out of the Dwelling house of him the
Benjn: Bryant< no role > and further Saith not.

Letitia White< no role > on her Examination Confesseth and Saith that
John Hinder< no role > , and Eliz: Cox< no role > wth: this Depont. did goe to the House
of Benjn: Bryant< no role > on Saturday abt. 8 of the Clock in the morneing
and that John Hinder< no role > Stay'd in [..] the Street and this Depont.
and Eliz: Cox< no role > went into the House and the sd. Eliz: Cox broke
her way thro a wall and gott into Mr. Bryant roome
and the sd. Eliz: Cox broke open the Chest of Drawers & took
Five Silver Spoones two gold rings and a Silver Corall and
a Gold Girdle, and the sd. Eliz. Cox< no role > Sold the sd Goods for
Five and twenty Shillings as the Informed this Examt.
