other persons; one knowne by the name of Charles
a watchman Living in Tomball Street, & one
Jacob dwelling near Feild Lane, with 2
other persons, whose names this Depont: knoweth nor
did on Sunday

houre of three in the morning break open & Enter
the Shopp of

, scituate in New-
-gate Market
, & thence felloniously take & bear
away, Eight or nine halfepeck Loaves, & two
Shillings in mony, which mony he this Deponent
wth. Some bread took to his part, the rest of the
bread being parted among the other foure persons
his confiderates: in witness whereof this Depont.
