Whereas it appeareth unto us two of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the City of London (Quorn Unus)
whose hands and seals are hereunto set upon the Complaint
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Allhallows on the Wall London That Ann
Fryer
< no role > wife of Eleazer Fryer< no role > is lately come into the said
parish endeavouring to settle there contrary to Law and
is likely to become chargeable thereunto And whereas
it appeareth unto us the said Justices upon Oath of
[..] Richard Smith< no role > That the said Eleazer Fryer< no role > now
renteth a house of Twelve pounds p aunn in the
Parish of St Mary le Bone in the County of Middlesex
and no other legal Settlement elsewhere appearing
unto us we do therefore adjudge the said parish of St
Mary le Bone to be the place of her last legal Settlement

These are therefore in his Majesties
name to require and command you the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Allhallows
Ann Fryer< no role > to the said Parish of St Mary le Bone in
the County of Middlesex and her deliver unto the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there or to
some or one of them who are hereby required to receive
and provide for her untill they can free themselves from
the charge thereof by due course of Law Given under
our hands and Seals this 29th Day of June anno Dm 171 [..]
