Oath that She this Deponent did not knowthat
(till Yesterday noon) that the said Mary Rose< no role > als
Hall als Bishop was to be brought to her
Tryall this Sessions (She this Deponent being a
Witness against the said Mary Rose< no role > als Hall als
Bishop and that another Witness against the said
Rose als Hall als Bishop is a Hackny Coacheman
and another vizt. Edward King< no role > is a Drawer at a
Tavern and that this Deponent could not get them
to attend the Court (for want of haveing Sooner
notice) nor could She Serve the Said Witnesses with Subpena
& that the said Nathanl. Feild< no role > is out of Town
