This Informt. deposeth That within Ten Months last past one
William Uruld< no role >
did at several times take and steal from the shop
of Thomas Grimstead< no role >
his master, Two dozzen pair of mens boys
and womans shoes value about Five & Forty Shillings in the whole;
which he gave this Informt. to dispose of, which he disposed of
accordingly to one Mr. Sherwood a shoe maker without Bishopsgate
London and the money was divided between them, but the sd. Uzuld
had the greatest part thereof, and alsoe gave this Informt. some
Leather value about two shillings to make him this Informt. a pair
of shoes about ten Months agoe, and likewise deposeth that three
or Four times about eight Months since, the sd. Uzuld< no role >
gave this
Informt. three or four pair of Shoes, wch. this Informt. brought
soon after to the shop as if he had just made them, & was paid as for
making them by the said Thomas Grimstead< no role >
or his wife
, which money
he this Informt. gave to the said Uzuld & the Same was spent between
Capt & Jurs 11o. die May
