Maketh Oath that He this Depont Did On the third Day of this Instant
Time Leave a Notice in Writing at the Dwelling House of the
Defend Baker with the said Bakers Father (as the Owned himself
to be to this Depont) who promised to give the same to the
Defen'd a hith said Notice was to the Effect fell Vizt That
the Court would be moved at Justice Hall in the Old Baily On
thursday next or Asson Ashes as Councell could be heard that the
Tryall On the Indictment for Perjury as also that for Barraby
some time since found again & since might be Slayers till next
Sessions two Materiall Evidences for the Queen being out of this
Kingdom And this Depont further Saith that On the
same Day He this Depont did Personally Serve the Dept
