by Virtue of a Warrant
under the hands and seals of two of her Maties Justices of the Peace
within that
City (one being of the Quoru) bearing date the tenth day of April last past
was removed from the parish of St Ann Aldersgate
London unto the said
Parish of St Buttolph Bishopsgate
London alleadging the said parish to
be the place of the last legal Settlement of the said

That your Petitioners doubt not but to prove that the said William
Bayly< no role >
Junr never had any legal Settlement in the said Parish of
St Buttolph without Bishopsgate
whereby they conceive themselves
agreived by the Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices and
do humbly appeal to your Honr. and Worpps therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore humbly prays your Honr
and Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the Prmisses
and that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the said parish of St Ann Aldersgate
may appear
before you and hear and abide the determination of
your Honr & Worpps touching this appeal
