The Informacon of Timothy Physick< no role >
of Sennon Lane near St Paul's Churchyard
London Clothworker and of Edward Young< no role >
of St Martins in the Feilds in the County of Middx
Gent taken upon Oath before me this tenth
day of August Anno Dni 1711

The Sd. Informants being duely Sworn doe Severally Say
and first the Said Timothy Physick Saith that a note
appearing to bear date the Seventh day of November
1709 whereon thereseems to be due and payable on demand
from the said Timothy Physick to one William Farrar< no role >
the Sume of three pounds four Shillings and Six pence
is a false and forged Note and not of the Per handwriting
or Subscribed by the said Timothy Physick And this
Informant Edward Young< no role > Saith that the sd. William
Farrar
< no role > told him the said Mr Young that if the said
Mr Young would give him anything for the said
Note he would be contented to take what he
pleased or words to that effect
