with their three Children
by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands & seals of two of her Maties
Justices of the Peace
within this City of London
(one being of the Quorn)
bearing date the Three and Twentieth day of February last past was
removed from the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
London to the said
Parish of St. Gregory by St Pauls
alleadging the said Parish to be the place
of the last legall settlement of the said

That your Petitioners doubt not to prove that the said Thomas
Sharpe< no role >
never had any legall settlement in the said Parish of St.
Gregory by St Pauls
whereby they conceive themselves aggreived by
the Judgement of the said two Justices and doe humbly appeale to your
Worpp thereupon
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray your Honr: and
worpps will be pleased to heare them in the prmisses and
Order the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poore of
the said Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
to appeare
before you and heare and abide the determination of
your honr. & Worpps touching this Appeale
