This Informant Pegorsett That about the 10th

throp the sd Danbblington being together
the Informt and asked him if he would take a
turn wth him and this Informt. asking whither
Babblington Ros aged to [..] same [..] Glass
Right Out of an Empty house in gravele Caue
and imeddiately the said shall & this Informt.
went to Mr. Lodgers House in garele Save &
the door being Shut Danle Chales climb over
some paills that were near unto the said Empty
house by wch. means he got into it & opened the
door bought out two large Glass light &
gave into this Informt. and Work one Glass light
& one Case mt. himselfe wch. they Carryed unto the
Deposeth that about four days after this Informt.
& Shales had Carryed the Glass to Babbingtons
the sd Babbington told this Informt. that they had
been Searching for the Glass they brought unto his
house upon which this informt. answered he would
not go out of the way for it but Babbington
replyed that be would have him go into the County
& Further Sd. Jack go some where to night Etc
will find ye. Coals & Strong hear & will meet you
tomorrow Morning at the two Brewers

Accordingly the sd Babbington mett this
informt. at the place appointed where the said
Babbington gave this Informt. a Note to go to
