Upholder taken upon Oath this 14th, day of February 1708 .

This Informt. deposeth That Yesterday John Polfreman< no role > came to this
Informts. house and feloniously looks and stole from thence a China Coffee
dish, And that this Informt. afterwds. Searched the said Polfremans
lodgings and these found two other China Coffee dishes wch. were formerly
Stolne from him this Informt. and thereupon this Informt. chargeth the
said John Polfreman< no role > Wch. the said Felony
