This Informt. deposeth That on wednesday the 20th: of this instant octob
as she was walking through the Old Bayly in the said City, she had two half
Crownes and a Silver Snuffe box privately taken and Stolen out of her
pockett And this Informt. deposeth that she then tooke the hand of James
Butler< no role > in her pockett and that the said James Butler< no role > Imediately thereon ran
away And this Informt. thereupon chargeth the said James Butler< no role > wth. the
said Felony.
