This Informt. upon her Oath deposeth That on
Thursday last was Seven night two Silver Spoones
one Childs Spoone, a Dram Cupp, a Ten Spoone, a
Childs Corrall Sett in Silver with a Scarlett Ribbon
in it which wanted something of a yard and halfe
in length and tenn Guineas, and upwards in Gold
[..] were feloniously Stole out of her lodgings, and further
this Informt. deposeth that upon searching the Roome
of Thomas Phillips< no role >
(who lodgeth in the house
with this Informt.) this Informt. found the
Scarlett Ribbon above menconed in a Cradle in
the said Roome, and further this Informt. deposeth
that She greatly suspects the said Thomas Phillips< no role >
and Elizabeth< no role >
his wife
to be guilty of the said
Felony
