abroad under various titles denominacons, immendes cunning Cyphers and disquises; Yett (soe as to be understood) boldly reflecting upon her Maty our Establisht<lb></lb>
Church and Civill Constitution. And Wee cannt. but observe that when and att such times as her Matys assayres are most prosperons and Succesfull that<lb></lb>
then and cheifely then the enemies of her Maty and of the Peace and wellfare of these Kingdomes, doe the more industriously contrive and disperse such<lb></lb>
factions and Seditions libells bookes and papers to traduce our Ministry and distract our Councells. Wee therefore the Grand Jury for the Citty of London<lb></lb>
