Whereas Complaint hath beene made unto us End
of her Maties Justices of the Peace for the said Citty
(Quor unus) by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poore of the Parish of Saint Buttolph extra Bishopsgate
London That

is lately came into there parish
endearvoring to Settle there without giveing notice in
writeing to the said Churchwardens or Overseers of the Poore
or any of them according to Law or haveing gained any
legall Settlemt. there and is become chargeable to the
said Parish and whereas it appr. to us upon the oath
of the said

that her last legall Settlemt.
was in the Parish of Saint Buttolphs Aldgate London
where
her husband
William Smith< no role >
lived for the space
of above Twenty yeares and for the space of above
three Months last past he was allowed a Pension
from the said Parish which parish paid his Rent
for the said space of Three Months and att his death
buried him

These are therefore in her Maties came Strictly
to charge and comand you the said Church wardens &
overseers of the poore of the said Parish of Saint
Buttolphs extra Bishopsgate
London some or one
of you on Sight hereof to remove and convey the
Body of the said

unto the said Parish of Saint Buttolphs Aldgate
and her

Overseers of the Poore there or to some or one of
them who are hereby required her to receive and
provide for (as occasion Shall require) untill they shall
be thence discharged by due Course of Law and for
