Lighterman Severally maketh Oath thatpeter
Robert Applegarth< no role > of the Bassing Stoke in the County of
Southton Master haveing On Board the Barge or Boat
called the Queen Fifty Quarters of Malt wch was
transported from Reading in the County of Berkes
& the City of London and wch Malt being in the King
or Boat in the River of Thames at or near
Brookes Wharfe London where on the Twenty
Seventh day of November Last the same Boat or
Barge wth was the said Malt was Caster way whereby
the said Malt pereshed And the Set Dept. further
Severally Saith they Severally beleive the Duty
Laid on the said Malt was actually paid or secured
to be paid,
