Soverall Parishes of St. Cyles without Cripplegate St Buttolph on
without Aldgate St. Andrewes Wardrobe St. Ratherine Coleman
St. Andrewes Holborne St Sepulchers St. Brides Alhallowes on the
Wall St Buttolph Aldersgate and St. Buttolph without in
Bishoppsgate

Sheweth

That yor. Petrs. and very much Over burthened with poore and not able to raise sufficient
Sunnes of Money amongst themselves to releive them notwithstanding their Assessements
are [..] than heretofore Yet the marge of their poor this farr above them said in
Allegedments As the same upon full examination hath many times appeared to divers
Worthy Alderman of this City appointed to hear the same And their poore daily arresting
upon them their said parish lying some or them near to the suborbes And others of
them in the Sububes of this City

Their humble suites therefore unto yor. Good Honor. & Worpps. is
That you will be favourably pleased to grant out other the Contribucous
of other Parishes within this City for and towards the of releiving their poore
As They have formerly had which and particularly hereunder menconed
Or such further Allowance as to yor Honor. and Worpps shall seeme
notice
