Wheareas complaint hath been made unto is Whose hands and Seales are screvet [..]
two fies Majesties Justices of the Peace of the Citty of London (Quodom unuc) by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poore of the Parish of St [..] Giles Criplegate
London that hath Part and late wife of Edward Pallmer< no role > deceased and her two Children pt
late by come into the said Parish endeavouring to gave a setlement to without
giveing notice in Writeing of the place of her Leeve or member of her family to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poore of the same parish as by Lavis required and
to likely to become chargeable to the said Parish And for as much as Oath is made
before us by the saith Katharine Patton that the [..] Legal Setlement of the said Edward
Pattocher

There at therefore in Majesties Flame to will and require upon the joiner of the
Caiss of St Giles without Criplegate London some for Cry of on to take passe
and combe mantle Ssaid Rethame Pettioner and ser two gomy Children
to the Catse Flet. Ann Blackfence aftersaidand these deliver Them
to the Churchwarden and Overseer of the Colle of the some Parish or to some or One
of them who are hereby likewise in her Majesties Name required receive and
provide for them according to Law and hereof on her any of you are to fails given
under one hands Seals this twenty seventh day of October Seventeen twenty and two
