The fyade that John Cowland< no role > Late of London Gent God not haveing Etc the
18th Day of November in the yeare Etc at the Parrish of St Paul Covent Garden in the
County of Middx in & upon the sd Sr Andrew Slanning< no role > in the peace Etc feloniously
Willfully & of his Make before thought did make an assault & that the Said John
Cowland the Said Sr Andrew Slaning with a Certaine Sword made of Iron &
Steele of the Value of 20s Feloniously Willfully Etc did Strick & thrust in & did then &
there give unto the Said Sr Andrew Slanning< no role > with the Sword aforesaid one Mortall
wound in & upon the Right Side of his belly neare the Groyne of the Lenght
of one Inch & Deapth of ten Inches of which Etc le Long in Shed from the Said
18th Day of November into the 21th of the Same month as well at the Parish of
St Paul Covent Garden in the County of Middx [..] at the Parish of St Dunstan
in the West London & then dyed at St Dunstan in the West They by ade John
Cowland Ginley
