John Fitch< no role > of the parrish of St. Christophers . Informes upon Oath
before Sr . John Houblon< no role > That About Ten daies before he had
Seene in an upper Roome at One Drinke waters house in
Thred needle Street a head as he Conceived not long Cut of
a Mans body & was Covered & put behind ye Doore.

Robert Archill< no role > Lodger at the Said Drinkewaters Confessed before
the Said Sr . John Houblon< no role > That there was Such a head in
his possession but he knew not rohese head it was but had
it of One Dr. Fish from the other end of the Towne & Owned
That the Shrime of the Said head was Throwne in to the
publish house of Office in the Stocks Marketts

and at the Same Time appeared One

Edward Thomas< no role > who Said he was Sexten of St. Thomases
Hospitall who Confessed he Cut of a dead Mans head
who dyed in the Said Hospitall, (with the help of an other
Man) & Sould it for Two Shillings & 6e. but he Could not
tell to whome nor the Name of the Dead Man, & That
being to be buried only in a Shreud, & Severall people to
be at the buriall he & his Companion had made up a
bundle of Sharmy to appeare like a head.
