Who Saith, That on Saturday morning last She this [..] Informant
at the request of Capt Newy now Prisoner in Newgate , went to the
Lodgings of Mr. Phillip Hollingsworth< no role > , in White Fryars , & told him.
She understood, That there had bin A difference between him, &
Mrs. Margaret Newy< no role > late wife of the Sd. Capt. Newy's Brother &
now the wife of Mr. Allen, to which the sd. Hollingsworth reply'd,
What of that? This Informt. then told him, That Capt Newy
understood, That he had for Sworn himselfe agt. the Capt, & that he
had own'd as much in A Quarrell with Mrs. Allen, And further
told him, That Capt Newy Said, If he would confess it he would
See, he should have all the Incouragemt. imaginable, To this the
Said Hollingsworth reply'd in these or the like words, vizt,
T is true, I have for Sworn my Selfe agt. Capt Newy, And if
she does not give mee the money According to Expectacon
I' he acquaint My Lord Major with it, otherwise I will come
or Send to Capt Newy my Selfe; And then bid this Informt.
go about her business, For he had no more to say to her
