Who Sayth that on the Thirtyeth day of May last past
in the night time, his shop scituate in Chancery lane
was
broken open: and that [..] finding the Same abt. Twelve a Clock the
Same night when he came home, he gott the assistance of one Henry

, and a Watchman
, to Search his sd Shopp, and Cellar,
if any body was there: And Sayth that he found a person
who calls himselfe by the name of George Gough< no role >
, hid in the
Celler Chimney; who finding himselfe discovered came downe;
& being questioned where he lived, & what business he had there
he the Said Gough replyed that he lived there: And this
Informt. further sayth that he missing his money (which was
Fiftene pounds Fifteene Shillings) Search'd the Said Gough & found
the greatest pard thereof upon him, and alsoe a Watch, a Silver
Spoone & three paire of Stockings the goods of him this Informt.
