parts of parishes within this Citty and the Libertyes thereof which doe Lie
within the Limmitts and Prcincts of the Jurisdiccon of the said Sessions
in and for nott makeing and yeilding upp their Accompts As aforesaid
According to the said Statute Itt is therefore now thought fitt and
Ordered by his Maties. Justices of the Peace Att this Generall Quarter
Sessions Assembled That Sr . Samuell Dashwood< no role > Knt . Alderman of the ward of Aldgate
Sr . John Parsons< no role > Knt . Alderman of the ward of Bassiethwe and Sr . James Holborn< no role >
Knt . Alderman of the ward of Aldersgate within & without or any twoe of them doe
meete together And doe direct require and Cause the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the respective parishes and parts of Parishes within the said wards to Appeare before
them the said Aldren or any twoe of the att such tyme and place as They or any twoe of
them hall thinke fitt and Appoint And That They the said Churchwardens & Overseers
doe bring and Deliver unto the said Aldren or any twoe of them mett as aforesaid A true
and perfect Coppy in writeing of the Accounts of all such sumes of money As have been
by them and every or any of them in their severall and respective Parishes and partes
of parishes aforesaid Received upon any Account whatsoever relateing to the peace or that have [..] orRated and Assessed and nott received for the necessary releife
of the poore there in their said respective Parish So for the twoe yeares now past
immediately before Easter last And how and to whome the same money to which were Soe
Received have been paid out and Disbursed And of such Sume or Sumes of money
As are in the Hands of any of the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore of the
said Parishes and parts of Parishes within the said wards respectively or any of them and nott yett
paid and Delivered over And why the moneyes Assessed and nott received were nott
duely demanded Collected and Levyed According to the said Statute As They
