of the whole Parish of St. Bridgett als Brides and of those respective partes
of the severall Parishes of St. Dunstans in the West St. Andrews Holborne
and St. Sepulchers which doe Lie within the ward of Farringdon without within
the Libertyes of this Citty and within the Limitts and Precincts of the
Jurisdicon of the Said Sessions in and for not makeing and yeilding upp their
Accounts as aforesaid [..] According to the said Statute Itt is therefore
now thought fitt and Ordered by his Maties. Justices of the Peace att this
Sevrall Quarter Sessions Assembled That the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poore of the said Parish of St. Bridgett als Bridges of the severall & respective
parts of the parishes of St. Dunstans in the west St. Andrews Holborne and St
Sepulchers which doe Lee within the said ward of Farringdon without within the
Libertyes of this Citty doe and shall severally and respectively on the first say of the
next Genall Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be hotern for this Citty after Midsomer
next in open Court deliver or Cause to be deliverd to his Mats. Justices of the parish
which shall be then Assembled in their said Quarter Sessions to be held att the Guildhall
London A true and perfect Coppy in writeing of [..] the Accounts of all such Sumes of
money As have been by them & every of them in their severall & respective parishes & parts
of Parishes aforesaid received or Rated & Assessed and not received for the necessary releife
of the Poore there in their said respective Parishes for the Twoe Yeares now past
imediately before Easter last and how & to whome the same convey which received
have been paid out and disbursed And of such sume or Sumes of money as are in the
Hands of any of the said Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poore of the said Parishes and
Parts of Parishes abovenamed respectively and nott yett paid & delivered over And why
the moneyes Assessed & not received were nott duely demanded and Leived According to the
said Statute As They the said Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poore of the respective
Pishes & Parts of Parishes abovenamed will respectively answer the Contiath att their utmost [..]
