and on the third day of Sber the Examint. did
Arrest ye sd. John Andersby< no role > who fled from ye yeoman
& endeavored to make his Excape And Ann Andersby< no role >
Assaulted immediately the Examint. & tore his
Cravatt [..] and a Crowd gathering about
the Examint. Saith yt he was Assaulted by divers
persons and Saith yt he doth beleive the Wife of
AnnJohn Andersby to be very bad & that she hath
Miscarryed of her Child but doth say yt he
beleives her illness to be rather the Effects of
her Rage & the Violence of her passion than
from any Injury She received from him this
Examint.
