That yor: Peticonr: was Comitted a Priosnr: to the Goale of
Newgate by Warrant from the Worll: the Recordr:
dated the Tenth day of this instant may thereby Charged
on suspicon of High Treason in Counterfeiting the Coine
of this Kingdome and is still remaining a Prisonr: in the
said Goale

He therefore humbly prayeth
that he may bee tryed (for the
Crime where with he (lands charged)
this prsent Sessions or that he may
bee admitted to Baile as by the
Law in that case is provided
and that his prayer may bee
