Upon motion made to this Court by MR. Northey of Comwell for Mr. Nathaniel Greene< no role > standing
Indicted for procuring broad money wth. intent for wicked gam to Dinmiish the same That
the five Ingotts of Silver Bookes of Accompts & originall Bills of Exchange [..]
[..] may be redelivered to him in regard Hee cannott be tryed for the same Fence this
Sessions Itt is ordered by [..] this Courte By & with the Consent of the said Mr. Greene
& his Councell That the said Ingotts Bookes of Accompts & Bills of Exchange be putt
into the hands of Mr. Tanner a Clerke in this Courte And that the Five Ingotts of silver
be cutt in the middle of them and about an ounce weight from every Ingott be cutt of
and be by him kept for Evidence on [..] Triall of the said Indictmt. And that coppy
of soe much of the said Accompts As may not presudice the Evidence for the King in the
indgement of Mr. Augustine Ballowe< no role > who is desired by this Courts To consider and
Examine the same may be Delivered to Mr. Greene And alsoe that such Bills payable
to Mr. Greene as the said Ballow shall think fitt & necessary be delivered to Mr.
Greene to receive the moneyes therein Due The coppyes of such bills being [..] made
and Signed by Mr. Greene To be allowed by him for evidence on his tryall And that all
Attachments made or to be made in relacon to the said Ingotts in the hands of any pson or
persons whatsoever be first Discharged before the said Ingotts be Delivered.
