imoderately beat & correct your Petr for no fault<lb></lb>
As your Petr is ready to make appe upon oath.</p>

intend to hared complain'd of his ill useage wch. Sir<lb></lb>

Petr to Served him in all 9 years, tho it was<lb></lb>
not intendred at first, that he should Served any<lb></lb>
more then 7. yr. And your Petr being unable<lb></lb>
to undergo his Served ussage,</p>

Sd. Bale may be ordered to attend to<lb></lb>
Shew Cause why your Petr Should not<lb></lb>
be discharged of Gosd. Indres, And<lb></lb>
that this honoble Court will thereupon<lb></lb>
make such ordr. for your Petr. discharged<lb></lb>
