Humbly Sheweth

That your Petr. stand Committed for High
Treason for Counterfeiling the Coyne of this
Kingdome as by the Honble. mt Records Warrt
Appeares dated the 21 febry. 1695 that your
Petrs. humbly pray the Benefitt of the Habeas
Corpus Act for the Liberty of the Subject
and that this their Prayer may be Entred
in this Court in order to be tryed or
Bayled psuant to the said Act

And yr Petrs. as in duly
bound Shall ever pray Etc
