Whereas Zachary Read< no role > & Isabell < no role > his wife by virtue of a warrant under the hands and
Seales of moor of his Marties Justices of the proves wth. in third City one being of the
Quox dated the 23th. day of June 1696 was sent & debored by the Churchwarden
& overseer of the poore of the parish of St. Albans woodstreete London rent She
Churchwarden & overseer of the poore of the parish of St Olaves Silverstreete
London To be by them provided for upon the oath of the said Zachary That her
inhabited in Silver Workin the said parish of St. Olavesin a honble there for Twenty yeares or a House keeper
att the rent of Twenty six pounds p Ann in the said Pargarish of St. [..] in the fore parish of St. Oliver [..]
where her pond horps and termed severall offices Now upon hearing the
Appeal of the send Churchwarden & overseer of the poore of said
parish of St. Oliver in the prsence of the Churchwarden & overseer of the poore
of the said parish of St. Albans what appeared to monte yore the land conrrant
And itt opportunity tothishis Maties Justiced herein Comb by the on the of Severatt without Thort the
sand Zenbary Reand about two yeares past work out of the said parish of St.
oliver into the said parish of St. Albans And these tooke by Low of one John Learn cocteyne roome
a yard & prmisses att the ye onely rent of Fifteen pounds Whose her & his wife
& family however time dwelt & inhabited And pond rent accordingly for the terme
This Comb doth ordindye Thrt the Lord Zachary Read< no role > was last legally Setled in the
said parish of St. Alborn or aforesaid [..] is therefore Ordered by third Combe That
the said warrom or Order made by the said Justices be Quasted And that the
land Zachary Read< no role > wth. & his wife be sent & delivered to the Churchwarden & Overseer
of the poore of the said parish of St. Albourn wood street where her room last legally
setled To be by them provided for & moronteyard untill They can free themselves
of the charge thereof by due course of Laws
