Who Saith That on the 30th. day of Aprill last, he this
Informt. being at the Bull head tavern
in Cheapside
drincking A Glass of Wine, did peys thro An hole in
the Waistcoat into the next Room, where he saw

Sitting at A Table together, & saw he
sd. Williams rubbing A piece of White money between
his Fingers, having A small Gally Pot with same liquid
Stuffe in it, standing upon the table before him, with
some money [..] also lying on the Table; upon which he prsently
went into the Room, & there he found the biggest Pcell
of money now produced in he sd. Williams's Lapp
And on this Surprize he sd. Williams took A glass of wine
& put it into the Gally pot, & then threw down the pot
on the hearth, & broke it. And the sd. Vennables
also imediately upon this Informt. coming into the Room,
fell down on his knees, & begg'd of him not to prosecute
him, or have him before A Justice; And upon Searching
he sd. Venuables before My Lord Major, there were found
in his Pockett, severall pieces of false & counterfeit Coyn
now produced, And in the sd. Williams's pockett severall
other peices of false & Counterfeit Coyn now also
produced And more Saith not, save that, he observ'd
he skin of the sd venuables fore binger & thumb were worn of.
