Samll Davis< no role > for Chargeing Richd Nevill< no role > of Newgt. Market
Poulterer upon Oath with High Crimes & Misdemeanors And
thereupon Causeing him to be Apprhended & Indicted To the
Intent Unlawfully to get money of the said Nevill and
haveing Reced of him Tenn pounds in parte of a greater
Sume & promising him thereupon to Sware at his Tryal
that he is not the man you are him safely to keepe untill
he shalbe dischargd by due course of Lawe & for soe
doeing this Shalbe your Warrant Given under my
hand & Seale this 19th. day of June 1696
