sent for about of moneth since by Sr. Wm. Ashhurst< no role > Knt . one of his
Maties. Justices of the Peace for the City of London who gave this
deponent an Informacon of one Thomas Statham< no role > taken upon
Oath before Samuell Clerke< no role > Esq Justice of Peace for the County
of Suffolke in which said Informacon of the said Thomas Statham< no role >
he chargeth on John Baker< no role > upon Oath (now a Prisoner in
Newgate) wth. Clipping the Come of this Knigdome and that
the said John Baker< no role > was taken wth. Clippings in his Custody.
And this Deponent further understands that the said Thomas
Statham< no role > is now A Prisoner In the Gaole of St. Edmonds
Bury in the County of Surffolke , And that the said Thomas
Statham< no role > is a Meteriall Evidence agt. the said John Baker< no role >
