The Informacon of Joseph Turner< no role > dwelling in
Longlane in the Parish of St. Sepulchers London

Saith that on Munday last when Marke Fenton< no role > was by the
Constable aprehended he comeing with the Constable to
this examinants house the said Fentons wise asked
this examinant what they should do whereunto this
examinant replied to her that if She knew where the
Goods were shee should tell it I set the Prosecutor
Greenough hane his goods againe & the said Fentons
wife went with this examinant to the house of Mr Shorter in wild Street
who delivered Ninety paire of Shooes to this examinant
and the said Fentons wife which they caried to the house
of Robert Greenough< no role > and caried them into his Shop &
left them there, And this Examinant further saith He
is wittnes to a Bond which the said Marke Fenton< no role > gave
for Nine pound payable to Thomas Vdall< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. the 10th. August
next in Satisfaccon for the losse of Mr Greenough for
other Shooes Stollen from the said Greenough and his
charges.
