Thomas Bradford< no role > of Brighthelmston in the
County of Sussex Marriner maketh oath that Peter Harvey< no role >
Marriner [..] being one of the
persons bound by Recognizance to appeared at the Sessions
house in the Old Bayly this prsent Session for personating
Seamen) was on or about the two and twentieth day
of this instant August taken away from the Ship, alehouse
in Shad Thames in Southwarke by an Officer (as that has been inforrated) belonging
to one of theire maties Shipps of Warr and this Depont
further Saith that he [..] has been told the Said Peter
Harvey< no role > is now actually in theire Maties Service at
Sea and cannot be expected to appeare here this
Sessions And further this Depont Saith not
