upon Oath this 14th. day of Aprill 1694

Who sayes, that hee did putt Five Shillings into Mr.
Lewis or Lottery in pauls Alley in Pater nosr
Row, and in Drawing of the Ticketts is the said
Lottery, on up this Informt. Ticketts happned to
be a prize of Forty Shings, and [..] Box wherein
the Goods were, being a Paseberd Box, was marked
with that vallue, And this Informant sayes
that the said Poore being opned in the presence
of the said Mr Lewis, there was in the same
Box a Flowerd Gawes Scarfe sixteene white silke
Knotted Tassell [..] a White Gerdle and a
payre of Gloves, which this Informt. had from
the said Mr Lewis, And this Informt. sayes that
hee did Expect the prize which [..] had won by the said Lottery
should have beene of Forty shillings vallue
as it was Exprest upon ye said pasebord box and Tickett in
Writeing, but [..] the said Prize is not of the
vallue of above Twenty shillings, as this
Informt. is well assured
