did throw a broome stick at this Examt. and had like to<lb></lb>
have hitt a Gentlewoman in the<obscured></obscured>

passing along the Streete, where upon this Examt tooke<lb></lb>
up the said stick, and ran after the said Griffith<lb></lb>
to Mr Hamour Doore and as the said Griffith ran up<lb></lb>
the stayres in Mr Hamour house, this Examt. threw<lb></lb>
the said broome stick at the said Griffith upon wch.<lb></lb>
the said Griffith fell downe stayres, but this Examt<lb></lb>
does not know whether<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
hee hitt the said Griffeth<lb></lb>
with the stick or not, but this Examt. did goe to the<lb></lb>
said Griffeth upon his falling downe stayres and<lb></lb>
tooke him up in his Armes and soe carryed him<lb></lb>
up stayres and a surgeon was sent for and Blooded<lb></lb>
