for some years past and still is employed by us wth.
his Coach and horses when wee have attended att
Kensington or In where, Hath informed us that
not haveing a Lycence to ply in the Citty, his Servt
by negligence staying there was taken up and they
are both bound over to appear att the Quarter Sessions
for the same. Now Wee knowing the said Richard
Norris< no role > to be an Industrious honest poor man Doe
request that you please to give him what Assistance
You can in order to his being acquitted from this matter
without which it will in all likelihood prove very
trouble some to him Indoeing whereof you will very
much oblige
