This Informant Ann Ashbey doth depose yt this evening
abt. 8 of the Clock A man Called Tho: Kerton< no role > (the
prsoner) did come into her Mistris house having let a
Rabbit run in before him wch. he prayed then to
catch for him he running up Staires after it took
a trunk of linen wch. Stood in a Chamber up one
P of Staires bringing it [..] his armes out of the
house wch. sd. trunk wth. whatsoever was in it doth
belong to Abigail Hawthorne< no role > her Mistress & the
this dept. Ann Ashbey< no role > doth farther say that the sd
trunk was taken Upon him out of the house & farther she this depnt.
