Whereas Complaynt hath beene made unto us
whose names and seales are hereunto Sett, two of theire
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said Cittie of London
(one being of the Quorum) by the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poore of the pish of St John Baptist
Dowgate London that Elizabeth Day< no role > Widow is [..]
come into their said parish and is likely to be round
Chargeable to the same unless tymedly prevented
And for asmuch us Oath is made before us by
Thomas Russell< no role > of the Pish of St. Nicholas Coleaby
London Warder , that the said Elizabeth Day< no role > , in the
ye are one thousand six hundred and Eighty two or
an inhabitant in the Pish of St. Nicholas Coleabby
aforesaid for three yeares togeather, with the said
Thomas Russell< no role > , These and therefore in theire
Majesties names to requier and [..] upon the
Officers of the said Pish of St. John Baptist Dowgate
London or some or one of you, to take passe and very
away the said Elizabeth Day< no role > out of your said pish
to the Pish of St. Nicholas Coleabby London aforesaid
and there deliver her unto the Church Wardens or
Overseers of the poore of the same or to same or
one of them Who are hereby likewise in theire
Majesties names required the said Elizabeth Day< no role >
Widdow, to receive been provided for according to
