Soldier & ye decd. were ofter desir'd to goe out of ye house wch. at last they did And ye Sd.

yor time now but it will bee ours another time That afterwards as they were going
home being abt. one of ye Clocke on Sunday morning last Some other words arose
betweene ye Sd. Thomas Hates & ye Sd. Hersey upon wtch ye Sd. Thomas Hates struck at the

hand & being examined hee acknowledged hee had stabb'd three men And yt.
