observed a Person come into the Ruins whom he was afterwards<lb></lb>
informed by another Fire man was the Sufferer Mr ClaryThat this<lb></lb>
Informant them asked Clary if he had lost any Property and told<lb></lb>
him that if he had he this Informant would endeavour to find<lb></lb>
it an the Ground Floor of the House was perfect Upon which<lb></lb>
Clary answered That he had lost a Chest in which there<lb></lb>
was prior to the Fire 15 or 16 Giuneas, that<lb></lb>
in consequence of what Clary Paid, this Informant<lb></lb>
fetch'd a Ple are, in order to dear away the Rubbish<lb></lb>
and endeavor to find the Money. and upon his<lb></lb>
return found Mr. Gubbins Surveyor to the Sun<lb></lb>
Fire Office, upon the Ruins, to whom he Repeated<lb></lb>
what Clary had Said, that some Conversation<lb></lb>
then Gassing Between<del>being</del>
the Surveyor and Clary (the<lb></lb>
Particulars of which this Informant does not Bcoled)<lb></lb>
but says he was Immediately orderd by<lb></lb>
the Surveyor to Proceed. to clear away the Rubbish<lb></lb>
from the Place where Clary. had informd him<lb></lb>
the Chest Stood, which Contain'd his Property<lb></lb>
and on searching among the Rubbish they found<lb></lb>
