aforesaid between the hours of Ten and eleven O'Clock<lb></lb>
in the Evening of Wednesday the 26th. day of May last he was Stopped by<lb></lb>

and Ocean Street.</p>
<p n="2593">That previous to his being so stopped as aforesaid the Tallest of the said two<lb></lb>
Men on his passing this Informant cried Halloa. whereupon Informant<lb></lb>
answered in return Halloa when the prisons immediately with force and<lb></lb>

when she Tall man came up and refled this Informants pocket and before<lb></lb>
and Violence took from his person. Three Guineas & One half Guinea in fold and<lb></lb>
some Sister after which he Book sometime ofTreated <lb></lb>
him down therewith by a violent blow he received from the Tall Man on<lb></lb>
the head. That when he was a little recovered from the Blow he had so received<lb></lb>
as aforesaid he cried out Murder and Thieves Freet when one Welham Fourty<lb></lb>

<p n="2594">And this Informant lastly saith that he is Positive to the person of the<lb></lb>
