about half an hour after Nine O'Clock in the Evening<lb></lb>

which was then open, This Informant immediately<lb></lb>
seized the Prisone William Prudence by the Collar<lb></lb>
and they had a struggle together, but the Prisoner<lb></lb>
being too powerful for him he loosed himself and<lb></lb>
ran out of Door with a Bundle in his lap in a<lb></lb>
Brown Linnen Apron, This Informant pursed<lb></lb>
him and called out stop thief, and further<lb></lb>
Saith that the said William Prudence was not out</p>
