with this Informant, observing now dirty the Street were-That<lb></lb>

lying, which the said Man picked up, and put into his Pocket<lb></lb>
That said Man pressed Informant to go into an Alehouse to examine<lb></lb>
the Contents of the Purse That they went to an Alehouse near <rs type="placeName" id="LMOBPS45028_geo699">Long<lb></lb>
Acre</rs>

Moore</rs>

then came into the Room and asked whether "there was<lb></lb>
any thing extraordinary" when said frist Man shewed him the<lb></lb>
Ring and Receipt telling said Moore that he had picked it up<lb></lb>
That said Moore observed that "Informant was entitled to Half<lb></lb>
as being present when it was Picked up" That after a good deal<lb></lb>
of Conversation between said Man and Moore, Moore asked whether<lb></lb>
''said Man and Informant would given him a Guinea each if he (Moore)<lb></lb>
Settled the Matter between them"-which they agreed to. That Said Man<lb></lb>
then went out pretending to get Cash for a Bill of £150, but<lb></lb>
returned without it. That this Informant proposed Advertising the<lb></lb>
Ring, or to have it Valued by a Jeweller, which said Man objected<lb></lb>
to. That said Moore asked said other Man whether "He had any Money"<lb></lb>
who replied that he had only brought one Guinea into Town. That<lb></lb>
Moore asked Informant if "He had any Money", Informant Replied<lb></lb>
about a Guinea-Moore asked if "He had any Money at home,"<lb></lb>
Informant replied about 30 or £40. Moore then proposed going</p>
