says that a Trunk, a pair of Shippers, a Silk Gown and Petticoat<lb></lb>
and Handkerchiefs now produced, are her property; and does verily<lb></lb>
believe that a remnant of Irich Cloth and a Towel now produced<lb></lb>
are likewise her property. That on or about the 17th of December<lb></lb>
last she sent the said Trunk containing the said Articles (with<lb></lb>
many others) from Silver in Bedfordshire by Edwards's Waggon<lb></lb>
to the Windmill Inn in Saint <rs type="placeName" id="LMOBPS45027_geo493">John Street</rs>

Says that he is a Porter at the Windmill Inn that he received the<lb></lb>
Trunk directed to Mrs. Pawsey in New port Street into his care<lb></lb>
the Day on which it was brought by the Waggon, and which<lb></lb>
Trunk (with other Goods) he put into a Cart in order to carry<lb></lb>
it to <rs type="placeName" id="LMOBPS45027_geo495">Newport Street</rs>

. That whilst he was delivering a Hamper<lb></lb>

, the said Trunk was Stolen<lb></lb>

stood by the Cart whilst the Hampor was delivering, during which<lb></lb>
time a Man came up to this Informant and asked him which<lb></lb>

replied that he could not tell" and further says he is very<lb></lb>
sure that a person now present who calls himself Hart.<lb></lb>
Levy is the same Prison who asked him the Way to<lb></lb>
